Bruce & Carol Hubbard established On The Edge Watersports in 1999, selling MasterCraft Boats and servicing all brands of ski boats. Soon, they expanded to include new model choices of MasterCraft wakeboarding and luxury day boats. They have now added Centurion Boats for 2006.

Bruce is the General Manager and is dedicated to you having a great experience when you enter our store. He is continually looking for ways to improve the dealership and is a member of a MasterCraft 20 Group. He has concentrated on building an “A” team of highly qualified staff in all departments. He’s an avid wakeboarder, wakeskater, and barefoot skier, and is usually out at Lake San Vicente with our customers on Thursdays and Fridays. He is a master mechanic and is quite knowledgeable about boat construction, engines, and the latest accessories available for various boat brands in addition to MasterCraft and Centurion.

Carol is in charge of Administration and has hired our competent Office Manager, Bonnie Watson, to manage the day to day administrative operations. Carol also owns and runs her own Occupational Therapy practice. She is a musician, and plays saxophone and flute in local bands. She enjoys the watersports lifestyle and especially likes going to “the river”.

Kyle Huskin, our Sales Manager, has 21 years of sales, service, and managerial, experience. He is committed to providing you with the best buying experience. He was raised in Hawaii and has been in Southern California for the past 7 years. He has a passion for the watersports lifestyle. He’s an avid Chargers fan and he knows his sports! Paul Murphy comes to us from the Indy Racing League (IRL), where he has been a crew chief for PDM Racing. Paul has more than 25 years of managerial and mechanical experience in a highly technical and demanding racing industry, which expects nothing but the highest standard of excellence. His team of competent mechanics include Jimmy Roersma, Brandon Stedman, and Everett Hartsuyker.

Brett Stadler is our ProShop expert and can find the best products for your boating needs. He wakeboards on his family’s Centurion boat as often as possible. He is also attending Grossmont College and is studying business.

Bonnie Watson is our Office Manager. She has 2 young children and enjoys her family life. She is a whiz with numbers and our highly complex dealership software program. She supervises our Office Assistant, Alyssa Ramirez, who keeps things neat and organized. Alyssa is also a Grossmont College student.
